Fill your laundry bags
Sorting laundry can be tedious and that’s why we do it for you. Simply place everything that needs to be washed, that is everything that can be washed in the washing machine (for example socks, t-shirts, bed linen or shirts) into the blue laundry bag.
Depending on the need either size S or L. Use the pink bag if you only want to have shirts and blouses washed. What has to be dry cleaned should be filled into the green bag.
Order online
Place your order in a few quick steps: choose collection time and place as well as delivery time and place. Select your preferred fabric softener fragrance (or neutral, without fabric softnener), add special wishes or remarks to the comments box. Done!
We do the rest
Collection
Either at home, at the office or somewhere else - our courier picks up your laundry bag within the wished time slot (town Lucerne 7.30 – 9.00; 12.00 – 14.00; 18.00 – 20.00. Agglomeration Lucerne: not delivered yet). So you do not have to wait too long, in town you can order on demand. Your laundry will be picked up within 30 minutes.
Laundering
Your laundry is in the best of hands at our laundry partner. It will be sorted, washed, dried, ironed and folded. Small repairs will be done if you leave an according remark in the comments box. Your laundry will receive all the professional attention it deserves.
Delivery
Two days later our courier will deliver the freshly washed laundry to the selected place within the requested time slot. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 7.00 Uhr to 22.00 Uhr. more on delivery
